BL Architects provides the experience and talent which expertly fulfill the three primary functions of an architectural firm: management, design, and production. Each aspect is directed by one of the firm’s qualified and accomplished partners or senior staff architects. By maintaining a manageable office size, Elisabeth Ladowicz can provide a highly personalized service to the firm’s clients throughout the programming, design, production and construction phases.
In order to offer its clients optimum design solutions, the office utilizes 3D computer imaging and constructs models to study its projects. Ms. Ladowicz believes that each project is an opportunity to create an extraordinary environment that will exceed basic requirements and is still within the project budget. It is with this objective that the she established the BLA firm, offering architectural services to school districts, city governments and private sector developers.
Since most of the firm’s projects are located in Southern California, every attempt is made to offer solutions to the region’s critical design issues: suburban sprawl, homogeneous development and ecologically impoverished communities. Ms. Ladowicz maintains a specific vision encompassing planning and landscape issues, ultimately creating integrated exterior and interior environments.
Ms. Ladowicz received her architecture degree from the University of Southern California, is a licensed architect in the state of California, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
